It is with great satisfaction that the Brazilian Association
of Nurse Midwives and Obstetricians (ABENFO-National) presents
the I Brazilian Congress of
Neonatal Nursing (I CoBENeo) to be held
in November 2010, days 23-26 in the Campus of University
of Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro / Brazil, coordinated
and conducted by the Nursing´s Faculty of University
of Rio de Janeiro (ENF / UERJ).
The realization of the I
Brazilian Congress of Neonatal Nursing will
be a milestone for Neonatal Nursing, for creating a more
important space for the dissemination and exchange of experiences,
becoming part of ABENFO-National regular scientific schedule.
The central theme of the Congress will focus on the qualifications
of the professionals for the reduction of neonatal mortality,
aiming to discuss and reflect on the policies of Nursing
professional qualification at different levels of health
care for the newborn.
The scientific program, coordinated by the Comission Theme,
consisting of Teachers from Nursing Public Schools in Rio
de Janeiro, is made up of conferences, roundtables, workshops,
presentation of scientific papers in oral communication
(abstracts) and posters, award session of scientific papers,
among other activities and with the participation of renowned
speakers, university professors and heads of service in
an environment that will provide space for concept review
and exchange experiences.
The I Brazilian Congress
of Neonatal Nursing will accept the submission
of abstracts of research in progress or final reports until
September 24, 2010.
Participate and encourages other Neonatologists nurses
and related specialties to participate! The I CoBENeo is
dedicated to you and aims to contribute to the growth of
Neonatal Nursing, also by means of associational life, which
strengthens the expert and expertise, expanding information
access and organizing the Society for a more participative
technical issues and policy related to neonatology in our
country.
